Trained as an attorney, he spent five years running his own practice in Mauritius before joining a Fortune 500 global company, where he worked as a C-Suite executive for over 10 years in the Middle East & Africa. In these roles, he oversaw regulatory affairs and legal matters for several countries, giving him a deep understanding of the complexities of operating in a global business environment.
Naushad's expertise doesn't stop there, though. He holds a Masters from INSEAD in Change Management and is an ICF certified PCC coach, meaning he has the training and experience to help you navigate even the most challenging situations. He also has hands-on experience in running a business, having served as the COO of a property management company overseeing operations of more than 5000 apartments in multi family real estate building processes from scratch.
